Got clarity? 3 new resources 4 making sense of impact investing
#1: Free Webinar with Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) on Impact Investing on March 25
This webinar will provide early insights from my new report (to be released in partnership with the Money Management Institute and recently teased in InvestmentNews), which offers greater clarity on how to measure, market, and manage social and environmental impact in the financial services industry. Bulbul Gupta of the Clinton Global Initiative, Anna Snider of Merrill Lynch, and Mark Sloss of UBS will join me for this discussion. Find more details here and register here. Please also email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) so I can make sure any non-members of CGI are granted access.
#2: New Practice & Website Featuring Publications, Speeches, and Services
In addition to the webinar, I am excited to announce the launch of my new consulting practice focused on helping clients to integrate their philanthropic and investment or enterprise goals. The corresponding website (www.williamburckart.com) contains details on my services, select client engagements, and publications. Want to learn more? Drop me a line: email@example.com
#3: The Federal Reserve Explores Financing Market and Community Innovations at the Emerging Issues Forum
I partnered with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond to explore how small businesses and community development corporations stand to gain as impact investing enters the mainstream as a tool for financing projects and initiatives. Check out a summary of the panel I moderated at the 2015 Emerging Issues Forum that included Dan Nissenbaum of Goldman Sachs, Scott Case of Main Street Genome, and Jenny Kassan of Cutting Edge Capital. Also see my speech and a breakout session on "Connecting our Communities: Innovation at Work".
I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
